Roles
- Owner — owns the workspace, including ownership transfer and billing.
- Admin — manages members, invitations and workspace settings.
- Localization Manager — runs localization work and manages Company Context.
- Contributor — creates localizations and takes part in review.
- Viewer — read-only access.
Invitations and switching
Members are invited by email. A pending invitation appears until it is accepted, and roles can be changed later by an Owner or Admin. If you belong to more than one workspace, you switch between them from the workspace menu.
External reviewers are not workspace members
Bring local expertise into the workflow without giving everyone access to the workspace.
An external reviewer is invited to a specific localization and target language through a secure link. They do not become a workspace member, do not need an account and do not see your Company Context.
