The formula
source words × target languages
- 1,000 words × 1 language = 1 credit
- 1,000 words × 5 languages = 5 credits
- 1,500 words × 5 languages = 7.5 credits
Getting credits
Every eligible new workspace starts with 10 free credits. After that you top up in packages of 10, 50, 100 or 250 credits at €1 per credit. Credits belong to the workspace, not to an individual account.
What does not consume localization credits
- Manual editing
- Review, comments and suggestions
- Approval and finalization
- Export
- Inviting external reviewers
Regenerating a localization creates new localized words, so it is charged the same way as the original localization.
Usage history
Usage history shows one entry per localization run, including the source word count, the target languages and the credits used.
